Shipping Info(UK)

Our shipping partners for standard delivery are DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce (but not exclusive) We will decide which is best suited based on value of order and delivery post code. Although these services are generally 24 – 48 hour delivery, none of them are a guaranteed service and delivery to the outer regions of the UK (highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) may take longer.

Standard shipping is FREE on all items within the UK.

Standard services that we use (depending on weight, value and delivery post code) are :

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (not guaranteed) Trackable
• DPD/DHL Next day (not guaranteed) Trackable
• Parcel Force 48 (not guaranteed) Trackable
• Special Delivery by 1pm (guaranteed but will incur an additional charge and available as an upgrade at checkout).

The above mentioned trackable services require you to have given us a mobile number and/or an email address for you to receive tracking updates from the carrier.
