KTM, Malaguiti Grizzly, LEM 50 cc Air-Cooled Franco Morini S5 E & S5 N Top End Rebuild Kit

A complete top end rebuild kit to include :

Top gasket set

Small end bearing

A new standard size 39mm piston kit

to fit the Morini S5E & S5N Engines (this piston has no ports on the inlet side so is NOT suitable for the GS engine (unless you wish to add the port yourself))

Will fit other motorcycle brands which also use the air cooled Franco Morini S5E engine (noted by the cylinder NOT having a reed block, just an inlet pipe manifold).

IMPORTANT : Check picture 2 for the S5 E / N dimension of deck height against your piston, should be approx 22mm 

KTM 50 SX/SXR 1994-1997 S5E (cast iron cylinder) or S5N (alloy cylinder) neither have a reed block

Malaguti Grizzly RCX 1990's-2001 S5E (cast iron cylinder) no reed block

LEM CR2 and early LX2 also Cayman Quad S5E (cast iron cylinder) no reed block

PLEASE NOTE: we can also supply piston oversizes in 39.50mm or 40.00mm, please ask for availability, as this advert is for the standard 39mm piston.
