Refund policy

RETURNS

Firstly, all returns must be requested and agreed before returning, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To discuss or start a return, contact us at info@dirtbikestore.co.uk stating your invoice number and purchase date and reason for the request.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from receiving your item to request and return it. After 30 days, your item is non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original manufacturers unmarked/undamaged packaging, with tags (where applicable).

We require a receipt or proof of purchase (copy of, or original invoice) as failure to include the receipt will lead to delays.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are only refundable if the item is NOT as described, defective or missing parts and at our discretion.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, original manufacturers packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (acceptance is at our discretion and a 20% restocking fee would apply)
  • International returns will have the original outgoing (delivery) shipping costs deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error or If the item is defective, damaged or not as described.


LATE OR UNRECEIVED REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 3 working days from the confirmed return delivery date, check with your payment provider, as quite often there can be a processing delay with them.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not as described, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at info@dirtbikestore.co.uk

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following our return policy) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING

To return your order (or part thereof), you should send it to :

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are only refundable if the item is NOT as described, defective or missing parts and at our discretion.

If you are returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure we receive it in as new condition, therefore you should ensure that it is packaged adequately for the journey and consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

International returns MUST be marked as a "RETURN" on the customs declaration to prevent delays at UK customs and/or import charges being applied. Failure to do this will result in the parcel being undeliverable and returned to you.
