SHIPPING POLICY
The vast majority of our products are held in stock and thus the dispatch time is normally 1 business day, based on Monday to Friday working. For those items that we find ourselves out of stock of, we can normally refresh that stock within 24 hours, so no major delay. When this is not possible, we will contact you directly to discuss.
UK SALES
Our shipping partners for standard delivery are DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce (but not exclusive) We will decide which is best suited based on value of order and delivery post code. Although these services are generally 24 – 48 hour delivery, none of them are a guaranteed service and delivery to the outer regions of the UK (highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) may take longer.
Standard shipping is FREE on all items within the UK.
Standard services that we use (depending on weight, value and delivery post code) are :

DPD/DHL Next day (not guaranteed) Trackable
Parcel Force 48 (not guaranteed) Trackable
Special Delivery by 1pm (guaranteed but will incur an additional charge and available as an upgrade at checkout).
The above mentioned trackable services require you to have given us a mobile number and/or an email address for you to receive tracking updates from the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible in any way for delays brought about by the carrier, in ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
United States(US Lower 48 States) and Canada(13 provinces)
Our shipping partners for standard delivery is UPS, Parcel Force, DPD and FedEX (but not exclusive) We will decide which is best suited based on value of order and delivery ZIP code. Although these services are generally 5-7 day delivery, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery to some parts of the US and Canada may take slightly longer. Full Tracking is given at dispatch.
Please note that items shipped to the United States and Canada may be subject to import charges/duties and any sales tax due in your state/province. This is the soul responsibility of the buyer to fulfil these obligations, If or when the courier requests these fees.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
Due to the complexities of setting up our website for international shipping we are beginning to add countries to the list that we will be shipping to. Countries that we currently ship to are: United States, Canada and Australia. Other countries to follow soon are: New Zealand. For our other international customers we can supply via our ebay shop. As international shipping is calculated based on volumn and weight we can raise a single advert within ebay to cover any multiple products that you may want to purchase. This will reduce shipping costs.
