KTM 50 SX (98-01) Air-Cooled Franco Morini S5 GS Engine Rebuild Kit

This engine rebuild kit has everything you need for a standard strip and service.

  This kit comprises of :

FULL gasket set (Top & Bottom gaskets and O-rings) please note, 4 bolt reed block gaskets not supplied in this kit

FULL oil seal kit (double lipped seals crank seals & drive seal x 3 pieces)

PAIR of Japanese KOYO main bearings (NOT chinese, taiwanese or with plastic cages)

Will fit other motorcycle brands which also use the air cooled Franco Morini S5 GS engine (noted by the carb mounting to the cylinder and the cylinder being aluminium (not cast iron) AND having a 4 bolt reed block).

If your S5 GS is the limited addition Hi compression model that uses a head o-ring instead of a gasket, we do have the o-rings for sale in our ebay shop separately.
