Honda CR 250 R (1985-1986) Crankcase Cover & Associated Parts

This advert is for a NEW aluminium 2-piece type (not magnesium) crankcase cover to replace OEM reference : 11395-KS7-000 & 11340-KA4-770 1985-1986 one piece cover models.

It is supplied with the following items to allow fitment :

Main crankcase cover gasket

Waterpump cover gasket x 2

KOYO (JTEKT) Japanese made waterpump bearing

Waterpump inner and outer double lipped seals

Kickstart seal

A new billet alloy oil filler plug & o-ring as this cover has a larger thread than the earlier 85-86 models.

A set of clutch inspection cover bolts x 6 pieces (to allow fitment of a outer cover (NOT supplied))

An inspection cover o-ring.

An oil level bolt and sealing washer.

AND

An outer powervalve governor plug.

As these models are normally a one piece cover, you will need to source an outer clutch inspection cover or we can supply them for you separately £POA or see other advert

This cover is ready to use as it has been designed to take all your original water pump shaft/governor components with NO modifications required. You will NOT need to use the outer (large) governor spring carrier (bucket). This will become obvious when you come to install the parts. If not, please ask.
